Turning overlooked ideas into useful systems.
Qouver finds value where others don't look — in software, communities, data, and process — builds it into systems, and shares what it learns along the way.
Find value.
Valuable opportunities often hide in places others skip — software, communities, data, process, knowledge.
Build systems.
Discovery is only the start. The point is to turn what is found into something useful, tested, and durable.
Share knowledge.
What is learned gets documented and shared — so the next system starts further along.
Projects under the umbrella
Skyward
An airline-tycoon simulation where the backend owns the world: authoritative economy, fleet, routes, and a live season clock. Every action is validated server-side — the client only commands.
M-DEF
A leaderboard and analytics platform for a badminton community, built on the MAJADU Dynamic-Elo Framework — a custom rating engine with margin-of-victory weighting and inactivity decay. In production use — live rankings, match logs, and seasonal standings for a real community.
Majadu Tools
Scheduling, session and ranking systems for a badminton community. Qouver builds and operates the Go API behind them — REST with optimistic concurrency, OpenAPI contracts, and a Postgres backend. The client app is community-maintained.
Qouver exists to discover overlooked opportunities, transform them into useful systems, and preserve the knowledge gained along the way.
